We only collect what you type into one of our forms. Depending on the form that is your name, email address, telephone number, your message, and the details of a vehicle you are enquiring about or offering to sell.

Where a form asks for a supporting document — a driving licence, for example — that file is stored on our server and is visible only to AutoGurus staff.

Saved vehicles and the comparison list are kept in your browser’s local storage on your own device. They are never sent to us and never used to track you. Clearing your browser data removes them. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. The only cookie we set is the session cookie that keeps a member of staff signed in to the admin panel.

To answer your enquiry, arrange a test drive, prepare a valuation, or process a request you made. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for marketing.

Enquiries are retained for as long as we need them to serve you and to meet our record-keeping obligations. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
